  • We are offering the ARIA, GABRIEL, NADIA,ASTRID and SOVANNA model units at Kota Keluarga. The regular size
    of the subdivided lots at Kota Keluarga are 200sqm.
  • Yes buyers are allowed to revise the plan and upgrade the materials, although changes will be subject for computation. The purpose of the model units is to give the clients an idea of our price range, but we are open to working in delivering the home the way you want.  

Buyer’s can no longer customize their own exterior design. Alterations in the interior layput and floor area is permitted, subject to the approval of AGL Primo and PNDI.

No, since we are relaunching Kota Keluarga we only have 179 lots in the inventory. We highly encourage our buyers
to get a house and lot package, because our aim is the build a community so that the future plans and amenities for
the project can already materialize, and our customers can enjoy the full experience of the development. 

  • It’s 3.5km drive from the residential area, just like Terrazas de Punta Fuego and Anvaya Cove, but once you get there we can assure that it is breathtakingly beautiful. Another good thing about Klub Keluarga is that it has its’ own cove. There are no other resorts beside the beach front so it is very exclusive and private. 

*The schedule of cementing of the road going to the beach is to be announced

Yes dogs are allowed as long as they have their dog dirt bags with them and clean up after their pets.

  • The beach club is open to the public, but the resident are prioritize for bookings.

  • There is an active restaurant and they also accept bookings for weddings and other occasions.
  • Snorkeling activities can be done at Kota, it is just beside a marine protected area (MPA).
  • Klub Keluarga offers water sports activities like Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Banana boat and Flying Fish. 
  • No since the beach is not facing an open sea, it is more attuned to a cove. Directly across is the island of Masbate where Puerto Galera is. The residential area is also situated at a high location making the probability of this threat almost impossible.
